The custom packaging service is complimentary for orders that meet the minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 100 units.The larger the order, the lower the price.We are open to discussion for special cases.

We will do the inspection after every process. for the finished products, we will do 100% inspection according to the customers’ requirements and the international standard.

Take photos of the problems and send them to us ;Send back the physical problem  by express to us. After we confirm the problems, Within seven days, we will draw up the satisfied program for you.

We would be happy to send you samples for evaluation. The sample fee will be deducted from the payment of your formal order.

There is no upcost for customized packing if the order quantity can meet MOQ.

While we strive for quick turnaround times, for regular orders, expect delivery within 15 – 20 working days post payment receipt. For customized demands or OEM/ODM services, the delivery timeline might vary and would be mentioned in the project report shared by the distributors.

We go the extra mile to ensure your order reaches you in top-notch condition. We provide door to door delivery services through trusted logistic partners like DHL, UPS, TNT, FeDex, EMS via air, and also provide sea transportation based on your preference and request.

For seamless transactions, we accept various modes of payment, including Western Union, Paypal, and bank transfers through T/T.
